Advertising terms and conditions: (updated September 24 2007)

1. Please DO NOT submit the ad copy UNTILL you have paid for the ad via Paypal.

3. Solo ads are sent to the list on a daily basis. 
4. First come is first sent.
5. Solo ads go out as HTML as well as text ads.
6. The subscriber will only see the version he or she asked for when subscribing. 
7. Sponsor ads and classified ads are published in the next available issue in the online ezine.
8. You can have your ad as a flash banner, a regular banner, as HTML or as a regular text ad. You deside. The price is the same.  
9. If we do not receive your ad copy in due time, we will send you 3 reminders.
10. If you fail to submit the ad copy in due time, refund requests and charge backs will be denied and disputed. This is due to the fact, that we can not do our job without receiving the ad copy.
11. The advertiser is solely responsible for submitting the right ad copy with the correct links.
12. Submitting the wrong ad copy or links does not qualify you for a refund or a second ad for free.
13. It is YOUR responsibility to make absolutely SURE that ALL links is 100% correct and working.
14. Please make absolutely SURE you use the entire URL i.e. http://www.site.com/directory/file.html
15. We accept payment with all major credit cards via Paypal.com
16. When you are ready to order, please use below order form to send your payment via PayPal.
17. Send your ad copy / instructions via online form at http://networkmarketingsuccess.com/support.html  
18. We will publish your ad online for approval and we will be in touch with your publishing date.
19. Failing to approve the ad does not qualify you for a refund, if there are any problems with links.
20. Please include the PayPal transaction number in every message to the editor. 
21. NOTE: Once the ad has been sent NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for any reason what so ever.
22. Credit Card Chargeback is considered a criminal act once the service has been delivered.

Important note:

We are NOT able to guarantee results from your advertising, due to all the factors involved in successful advertising - including but not limited to: the subject, the headline, the ad copy, what happens when a link is clicked, the product or service promoted, the price of the service or product, the website design and several other factors beyond this ezine publishers control. The only guarantee we can give you, is that we will send your ad to the list according to your order. Other than that - sorry, but no guarantees are offered.

REFUNDs AND CHARGEBACK NOTICE:

We strive to satisfy our customers. All promotions (solo ads included) will be ran on the agreed date. There is no guarantee as to results of a customer's promotions. We do not give cash refunds. If our company has made a provable error, we will run your promotion again, free. If our customer uses a credit card (through Paypal) and does a chargeback against us and we are at no fault, we will consider this action to be fraudulent and the advertiser will be reported to the National Internet Business Alliance, NIBA for the appropriate action. Advertisers are asked to be sure the ad is just as they want it to be BEFORE our company runs it. Thank you.
