This allows you to earn money from the productivity of other people, which are making money for themselves and also for you at the same time. And you don't have to pay them. You have to like that.

All it means is that you get other people to do work for you so you can get more done.

Can you see the power in that?

Leverage and Network marketing go hand in hand. You get paid in proportion to your efforts. It is really exciting to know that you have the same opportunities to be promoted to the top positions as anyone.

That alone is awesome. And the people at the top want you there with them.

Your earnings aren't limited to your own efforts, with leveraging; most of the commissions come from others, just like us, who want more out of life.

You teach people, to teach people, to teach others. What a great thing to do with your life, you become a coach for your down line and as their success grows, so does yours.

Network marketing has everything that we could ask for. You build an asset that will pay you over and over again. For the average person, this model will help you create financial and time freedom.

Don't we all want and need more of that? It is a powerful financial growth tool. Not only can you make a lot of money but your own personal development and leadership skills grow as your business grows. And remember, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. You have a whole team pulling for you.

As you become a better coach, you're communication skills grow and that is probably the most powerful tool when it comes to success in networking.

To become successful and build a network of distributors, you have to become a coach. Please, invest the time and effort in this. All the leaders in this industry have spent a lot of time learning how to communicate with their down line. It is a great thing to do.

It all begins with your attitude. It's all about you. Just know that.

It's a proven fact... Network Marketing has a 95% failure rate. Why so high? Well, there are two main reasons.

Firstly, most people have no prior sales or marketing experience and initially lack the skills and knowledge needed. This is not in itself a problem, because we all have the capacity to learn.

Secondly, most Network Marketers don't use, and therefore don't teach, a system that literally anyone can follow… and this is KEY.

Network Marketing is all about gathering a few personal customers and finding other people to join your business and teaching them how to gather a few personal customers and find other people who want to do the same.

Network Marketing is an industry of promotion and training, pursued by many people who initially have no idea how to promote and train.

The secret to Network Marketing is easy duplication. All you need is a simple system that works. One that doesn't require you to be a professional salesperson or marketer; or to host meetings and be great at public speaking. A simple system that anyone can successfully put into practise for themselves.

I'm sure you think you have a first class product (which you probably do) and that people will just love it and want to buy. But even the best products don't sell themselves, no matter how good they are. It's marketing systems that sell products and build teams.

Whilst your warm market, and the warm market of the new distributors sponsored into your team, is a great place to start; lots of Network Marketers are also buying leads and cold calling... Ugh! That's a personal opinion.

I hate receiving unsolicited Telesales calls (which is how lots of people see this strategy) and I don't want to make any either. So what's my alternative?...

One system that is changing the way some Network Marketers recruit from outside of their warm market is called Magnetic Sponsoring.

With this online system you don't have to sell a thing and literally anyone can easily duplicate what you're doing and succeed... no matter what their background is, what skills they already have, how good their communication skills are or how much confidence they have.

In Network Marketing most people are taught to start with their warm market. That's friends, family and anyone they know. They try to sell them on the product and/or business opportunity - so far so good. Then they have the task of generating cold leads.

Their sponsors usually teach them to do this either by giving presentations or cold calling. Neither option comes easily to everyone. These are skills most of us will have to develop with experience.

Because of this, their confidence in themselves and their ability to succeed shrinks, so most don't stick around that long. The sad thing is... it doesn't have to be this way.

When people join your Network Marketing business they are looking for a solution to a problem. If you talk to your prospect about your business opportunity and your products you're actually creating a new problem for them, not solving their existing problem.

Now they're thinking they have to spend money. They have to buy products and try to sell them... not only the products, but the opportunity too - and they haven't sold a thing in their life before! No wonder they either immediately run a mile, or sign up and then drop out not too far down the road.

An online system like Magnetic Sponsoring means you don't chase leads... qualified leads will come knocking on YOUR door. You even make money from those who don't join your business. No more going broke running ads and paying for flyers etc.

It's a very simple idea. Magnetic Sponsoring is about becoming the hunted instead of the hunter.

How to Overcome The Pain of Rejection in Network Marketing

Rejection is inevitable in your home business even if you're constantly talking to warm prospects. Some of those prospects are going to say no to you. No's often crush people, with some quitting this business just after one no. I have seen people join up and call their first prospect, get a no and decide it's not for them.

Rejection may be a deep seeded issue with some people so if they hear it again later in life it stops them dead in their tracks. This is especially true for those cold calling all day (which I don't recommend) getting 10-30 no's a day.

The first no you receive seems to really hurt; you may stop calling the rest of the night and just go do something else. It may even stop you from calling for a whole week as you just pace back and forth by the phone. Some people really never get over it and they just quit altogether.

One key I have learned over the years about "no's" is that they are usually just objections not rejections. Most of the time when people tell you no it's because they are making excuses. The timing might not be right, but usually they are procrastinating.

These aren't the type of people you are looking for anyways. The people that say "YES" and "I'm ready" are the ones you should desire. Don't try to sell the people that give you no's, they aren't ready for success. If you truly become the leader you know you are then the right people will magically become attracted to you.

When someone says no they aren't rejecting you in any sense. They are rejecting the opportunity you have presented to them. Many people take that as a direct insult to them as a person.

To help you with this I'm going to tell you a story one of my mentors told me.

Have you ever been to a coffee shop? Well lets say you don't drink coffee, but everyone at your table does. If the waitress comes over to you and says, "Do you want coffee?" What are you going to tell her?

No of course, so you said no to the coffee and not to her. So think about your opportunity as the coffee that you're offering to someone else. If they say no then they are saying no to the opportunity of having some coffee not to the person offering it.

I hope that makes sense because it will change your outlook on rejection. You need to understand that rejection to your opportunity is nothing, just move on to the next person.
