have the ability to succeed to do one thing and one thing only: not quit.
I have found that there are many leaders out there who are giving up to soon in online business. Often I'm puzzled as people who in the
beginning say:
"I'm with you all the way Don, even to the end, I know I'll never quit."
But then six months or six days, or six hours later you get an email from your MLM that this person is no longer a member of your
organization.
Well, first off, you don't go chasing after the person, because as well noted speaker and author Jim Rohn has stated: "Just say, isn't that
interesting?...and don't go chase the birds because when you do that you leave the field!"
However, this article is written to those with genuine people, sales, or communication skills, who are quitting without giving themselves a
chance from the start.
Since this article is written for potential birds, my urging to you is don't fly away before you see your ocean view penthouse or your 2007
Corvette! Write down your dream, and then stick to it like glue, and do as Johnny Wimbrey, up and coming incredible motivational speaker says:
"Make it your Must."
So many people get into online business thinking that it's going to be get rich quick. Perhaps they should title get rich quick schemes "get
rich quit."
Because it's really true that the guys at the top of most scams are getting rich quick while you quit after investing your money. It's a
vicious cycle. One that must be obliterated and dealt with.
So, how do you know if you should stay with your current MLM online business or if you should quit? Number one, if your not sure of your
company or stability, perhaps you have a good reason to quit. But for the 90% of you out there who are sold on your company or opportunity, I
have one message: Don't quit!
The online opportunity I'm involved with has over 20 years of online experience, and they were the first affiliate program ever offered
online, so they have quite an immaculate background.
But, even though that's true, it still takes me "work" to make it happen. Greg Ankney, one of the top health company MLM leaders has been
quoted as saying: "I went to work."
That's the problem and herein lies the solution. Most people quit MLM's because they are not willing to go to work or to keep on working.
Comments like:
"Oh, this is too hard, and oh, I didn't know I'd have to talk to people",
are running rampant in MLM.
Yes you have to talk to people, yes you have to follow your companies marketing plan, to the tee, doing everything your leaders tell you to
do, and then you may just end up getting rich!
The internet today keeps making it easier and easier to market your online business, but yet it's amazing when you look at the statistics that
fewer than 5% of those who join MLM's actually ever advertise online!
Isn't that interesting?
Even with the advent of cheap or low cost free ads, forums, pay-per-click advertising, and much more, people are still afraid to step out and
just let others know about their site. That's just crazy!
So how do we stop this nonsense?
It's easy, I need all of you out there who are in an MLM, or looking for an MLM home business, to do three things.
Number one, never quit.
Number two, find an online business that you love.
Number three, when things get tough in your home business, I want you to remember the accomplishments in your life.
For example, did you ever win an award for selling something, did you obtain a diploma your proud of, did you win the congressional medal of
honor?
Just simply thinking of your prior accomplishments in life may indeed help you to hang on to this awesome MLM online business opportunity
you've been blessed to participate and succeed in.
In conclusion, my hope and prayer is that someone will read this article who is about to quit their MLM, or who needs a stable MLM home
business, and they will make the choice to do one thing: Never quit. Ever.
Then I want you to write me and let me know what happens. In addition to never quitting I want you to follow the instructions of your upline
leaders to the tee, without inventing your own tangents, and then keep going with your company for three to five years.
It just might be after that amount of time where you "go to work" you may become financially free, and better yet, you may be involved with
your MLM for life and your family may never have to worry about money again.
Never forget what happened to a friend of mine Joel Buchfeller of Excel Telecommunications. He enrolled one guy names Al, on his second level,
who made him an income for the rest of his life. He never fell below a $5000 per month income, and most of the time it was two or three times
that.
So don't give up, because you never know when you're going to find your "Al" who enrolls under you!
So please, take my advice, and don't quit. Remember your prior accomplishments, and in the words of our Lord, please remember that: "With men
this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26.
If you know you belong with your MLM company, stick with it, and who knows, you may be the next online business internet millionaire, and
you'll be the one all of us are listening to for advice. Never quit.

A Key Stress Factor For Online Home Based Business Owners

For a long time I have been a member of several search engine optimization forums and I have recently noticed that the stress
level of many webmasters has gone way up (this is especially true since Yahoo and MSN have decided to seriously try their hand at competing with
Google in the search marketplace).
This applies not only to webmasters involved in Internet-based home businesses, but to webmasters in general.
Additionally, it seems that many people that are in the business of search engine optimization (SEO) are, with good reason, going
completely bonkers.
As Google came on the scene in 1998 and quickly dominated the search business, website optimization became largely a game of
shooting at a single target, namely, pleasing Google... for all intents and purposes, Google became the "800 pound gorilla" of the search engine
business.
Since the advent of search engines (particularly Google) spawned the whole SEO business, I guess its only fair that the search
engine industry can once again turn the SEO business on its ear, and it seems now to be sort of a cat and mouse (not desktop) relationship that
can get really interesting as we move forward.
Not only are there now several viable players (most notably Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and Ask Jeeves) in the search engine
business, but they are all adopting different and frequently changing algorithms for determining the ranking positions for websites.
The current game is that webmasters are trying to figure out how the various search engines perform the rankings and, on the flip
side, the search engines are striving to be unpredictable to those webmasters and SEO firms.
For those people using websites to promote a home based business, it can be stressful constantly trying to determine "what the
search engines want" and agonizing over every downward fluctuation in rankings that their website may experience.
Looking forward in time, I think we can expect that rankings will fluctuate frequently and will not be at all consistent from one
search engine to another.
It will be quite common that for a particular search term a website might suffer a drop in position ranking for search engine "A"
and an increase position ranking for search engine "B" at essentially the same point in time.
Rather than stressing out over every position ranking "wiggle", a better approach might be to just focus on "what do visitors to
my site want?".
The search engines are striving to give their users a quality (relevant) search experience and if you are focused in giving
visitors to your website what they are looking for, these paths will meet somewhere down the road.
You can save yourself alot of consternation by focusing upon the needs of the website visitors you are seeking to attract, rather
than chasing the frequently changing ranking algorithms of several search engines.
Focus on a single target instead of chasing several moving targets at the same time.
This article pertains to natural searches only, as paid search engine advertising is a completely different situation.

You shut up so your upline can explain the amazing products, the "one of a kind" comp plan, and the extraordinary business opportunity. And
then bam, you have people jumping into your MLM business without you having to sell or doing alot of talking.
This is what the guy whos making 6-figures in your upline or MLM company did, right?
Wrong! I'll explain why using this method will never work for you and your MLM business.
I'll give you a quick example of this technique being used at electronic stores. Think of a time when you went shopping for the latest and
greatest lap top or desktop.
You want to know all the benefits and features of each kind of computer. So you're strolling the aisles, looking for help, and you come upon
the newbie who's working there in this particular department.
You begin asking him questions and he answers each question like this, "Well... Umm... Uhh". Then he says let me get the manager (someone
above him) to help.
So it's now you, the newbie, and the manager. The manager explains everything in detail and you're blown away at his expertise. You then
decide to buy the computer. After this is done, the newbie gets the credit for it.
Now in your mind, what do you think about the newbie? He's a waste of time. He's inexperienced, he's not credible, and doesn't have any
expertise. He's annoying and why should I deal with him. I know this has happen to you in some instance before.
Well, this is exactly what the prospects think about you when you do 3-way upline calls in your MLM business. It's annoying. You kill your
credibility. And the prospect is left wondering why he had to deal with you.
So, in a nutshell, the reason why using 3-way upline calls will never grow your MLM or network marketing business, is because it destroys your
credibility, your expertise is hindered, and prospects wonder why they should sign up under you instead of just signing up with someone in your
upline.
Before you go out and use this technique again, really think if what I mentioned makes any sense. If you want to fail in MLM, continue to use
this method. The only business you will grow is your uplines. Not yours!
