Proven Online Prospecting Movies For MLM Network Marketing

This week I am reviewing a proven recruiting system, which is in three main parts.

Part one is the recruiting web site, where much of the design and text is already done for you. All you do is enter some lines about how you got started in Network Marketing and maybe a little about yourself.

Part two is the flash movie "What the Wealthy Buy on Payday©" where prospects are shown the difference between how the poor, the middleclass and the wealth spend their money on payday.

- This movie is interesting, because it makes people think about their financial situation.

Part three is the flash movie "Brilliant Compensation®" where a university professor and a professional networker goes through and explains in plain words what MLM / network marketing really is and is NOT.

- This movie is interesting, because it explains MLM / network marketing in a way, that makes sense, when you hear it.

In all these three parts make up a powerful recruiting system, that - when used the proper way - will qualify your prospects in a way so they at least are clear on what MLM / network marketing is all about.

That means that you don't have to answer questions like "Is this one of those pyramids?" and "Who does the selling" etc.

All you have to do is tell your prospects about your company, the products and the pay plan, and then sign them up and get them started, because this recruiting system answers all the questions, that most new MLM'ers find so hard to respond correctly to.

Personally, I love this system. If my friends, family or contacts have any doubt that MLM / network marketing is a real business, all I have to do is let them watch both movies - and suddenly all their doubts are gone.

Network Marketing - Is Duplication A Fantasy Or Reality?

One of the central tenants in the promotional material about network marketing, is the power of duplication. The story goes that you'll refer 3 people, who'll each refer 3 people, and so on...

This is truly the power of leverage, but the problem is that most people who sign up for programs have little to no experience either online or offline in building a business and networking it.

They dont know enough to provide valuable information that acts as a relationship builder, and most often, they dont have the skills to set up an autoresponder account or a website.

Most network marketing programs have information on how to generate leads, but if someone does'nt have the skill-set to write a good autoresponder series, they're left to rely on the one the company has provided. Unfortunately, this is often a series of sales messages, that provide little real value to someone starting out.

The leads you load up to this autoresponder series are simply sent a series of letters telling them why they should buy-buy-buy. And most people have a sense that they actually need to know a little more about how things work on the internet to make their prospective business successful. So, the sign-up rate is not going to be particularly high.

Of the people who do sign up from those emails, how many of them are now going to be equipped to make the program work? After all, if they dont start making money in a few months, they will drop out of the program.

And the principle of leverage wont start to work if people arent being guided or taught to take effective action. Its easy to take action, even easier to spend money on poor quality advertising. But that wont build a business.

A system needs to be in place to develop people into leaders - to take them from newbie to expert in the shortest time possible. And its a system that needs to take into account the fundamental principles of direct sales.

The internet is simply a different form of direct sales, and its a well known fact that most people wont buy from you until theyve seen your tips, or other valuable information, seven or more times.

Having an autoresponder system, set up with newsletter style emails that regularly keep in touch with your prospects, is vital for success.

It provides several benefits. The first is that over time, as people begin to see that you are offering something of real value in helping them get started with an online business, more sign-ups into your preferred program will naturally follow.

What is more, these sign ups will have been effectively trained in some of the fundamental principles and methods that lead to success on the internet.

There are a number of ways to get content for the series. If you're just starting out yourself, your upline may be able to help you collaborate on a series of letters.

Or, you could invest in some good quality courses and study them until you have more knowledge yourself. And, you could of course hire a writer with small business/internet marketing/network marketing experience to write the articles for you. These could then be shared with your downline to get them started.

As well as an autoresponder system, youll need a direct sales page that ethically persuades people to sign up to your autoresponder series. There are several options for creating that sales letter. You could study other successful sales letters and adapt them to your needs.

Or, hire someone to write it for you. Although this can be expensive, its a one time investment that you can share with your downline, by providing them access to your sales copy.

The principle of duplication requires going above and beyond the sales material the company has given each member.

By investing either time, or money, or both, in acquiring quality prospecting material, this can then be shared with your downline to create a truly duplicatable system. Perhaps all wont follow it, but it will give potential leaders a chance to really shine.

here are lots of people who have misconceptions or are ignorant of how network marketing works? They just dont understand why people want to do network marketing?

Ive been in network marketing for 13 years and I know people do it for different reasons but the underlying reason is FREEDOM!

To be successful in network marketing, you must focussed on your 'why?' what is your great purpose for doing network marketing? It got to be linked to a burning desire, a goal that is compelling and linked to something or someone that is very close to your heart!

When you have a compelling purpose to do what is necessary to achieve your dreams and you have chosen the right company, you will definitely achieve success sooner than you think!

The straw that broke the camels back is when my boss was being very rude to me and I told myself 'Enough is enough, I do not want to be in a position where someone can talk to me this way, I want to break free!'

It takes lots of courage to take action and I do not recommend people to leave their jobs straight away because network marketing does take time to build and sometimes it may take two to three years to build a large organisation for you to be able to walk to your bosss office and tell him 'I quit and do call me if you want a better life!'

Remember this Chinese saying: I rather live a day as a tiger than 100 years as a sheep!

Many bosses are stressed out by the employees, paperwork, red tape of government regulation and rules, etc. Most of them do not own a business, the business own them, they are slaves to their businesses and work longer hours than the employees!

They certainly need network marketing but not everyone will be able to appreciate the wonderful opportunity! A man against his will is of the same opinion still. You are dealing with mindsets, beliefs and attitudes and some of them will not accept network marketing and is not teachable!

Network marketing if for everyone but not everyone is able to do network marketing!

Network marketing is for people who love to help people and are able to appreciate this powerful, proven and tested system that allows them to work smart and leverage on thousands of people just like a CEO or a business owner without the high start up cost or high qualification and skill that is needed.

It is a simple, profitable and duplicatable home-based business without the headaches and heartaches of a conventional business!
