Online MLM Business is Not Bad at All
Online Multi Level Marketing also called direct distribution systems initially suffered its own setbacks. As with any new system or idea, multi level marketing initially went through a period of being classified as strange and being viewed with suspicion. As with franchising, online multi level marketing is building a business by buying into a system.
On the other hand, MLM presents excellent opportunities and selling online
The technological advances made in the computer industry have enabled the online multi level marketing to be totally automated. The network marketing software systems processes orders, distribution, accounting, follow-ups and most mountains of paper work. The distributor then focuses its effort in building the business through sharing this automated business opportunity instead of worrying about the headaches that normally accompanies the management of start up businesses.
On line multi level marketing is like buying into a personal franchise but unlike franchising where big tickets costs more than a million dollars, getting into online multi level marketing often costs less than $200. This is why today people are considering getting into online multi level marketing.
Because this has proved to be a good business alternative to many people who would not mind putting in some serious hard work and wanting to find additional sources of income and from where lives can be impacted, it will be worth the while to think hard when considering their program.
Many on line multi level marketing organization are interested only in getting its products endorsed by its distributors. Nothing really much to it. But there are the good ones who make their distributors good at marketing. They are interested in making its distributors to be good people more than developing them into a salesperson.
Good online multilevel marketing organization, usually have;
Proven track record, a distribution system and a compensation plan that has been successful for some time.
People that believes in and are confident in sharing this and their achievements with others. They have a business opportunity that a new entrant believes he can succeed in.
Programs that are long term, educational and ongoing. Have strong leaders not advisers. You would want to be coached by someone who succeeded and wants you to succeed.
People who can earn your respect.
Because the best network marketers can be gathered from those who have had experiences in working at it and believes in it. They are those who know the business of online multi level marketing and believe that something can be offered that is worthwhile. Not just conveying personal opinions and hearsays.
Online multi level marketing is not bad. But if the above-mentioned criteria are present, it makes them even better.
Mainly due to the changes and developments in technology, the risk at failing in a business has been greatly reduced. The opportunity in getting into a business or acquiring one and even introducing developments into a product that is already existing has been virtually made available.
Buying in to an online multi level marketing, like franchising takes away the hard work in developing your own products and system. It reduces the risk of committing the so many errors that often plague sometimes even of well-planned businesses. Joining a good multi level marketing business gives you the rights to acquire a proven system where your only work is reduced to developing your people.

Cool sounding word. Bit what a cancer it can be in your life, and network marketing business! And I guess it occurs with most folks in this business due to one thing, and it will surprise you what it is.
It's called CONDITIONING. Most of us in life have been conditioned for many things, and it happened as we were growing up.
And this conditioning is focused more on FEAR than faith in most people's lives.
Fear is what I call the "Sabotage grenade" that blows up many a Success Dream in Network Marketing.
And there is a "stealth fear" that many struggle with unknowingly in MLM.
I have been in the Network Marketing industry for quite some time and have a lot of HUGE money earners as friends, and including my own success and my former upline's success, they all agree that self sabotage is a killer in this industry.
Especially in Recruiting.
When you get into this industry, you are taught that you must go out and "get people" and build a group, and duplicate. And you teach others to do the same. Most never do.
The sad truth is, most never even start. Why? It is a generally accepted rule that most folks have a fear of REJECTION, and that stops a lot of folks.
Well, yes...but no.
A Shift in MLM Paradigms. What today's article is going to attempt to do is change your paradigm on what really is the "stopper" and what creates the fear that so many people have, and cannot handle.
The REAL fear is one that is simply a result of Lack of Knowledge, and can be learned. Rejection is a killer in this business to many people, and that is true.
But here is a secret:

Rejection is a FRUIT of something, NOT the real problem. It is a RESULT, NOT a Catalyst.
Most folks see rejection as something like a HUGE DARK Storm Cloud getting ready to rain hail down upon them.
But folks, that is an illusion. I have the honor of coaching many folks, and have seen many people look at rejection as the BIG DEAL in MLM.
But when they realized what the REAL problem was, they were blown away. And it changed their perception of rejection, and how many times it can be avoided.
They learned certain strategies and tactics that changed their whole thinking about it.
So OK.
What is the REAL problem going on here?
Simple. It is not REJECTION that stops most people.
INFERNO Secret:
It is the FEAR of not being able to handle OBJECTIONS.
REJECTION is simply a fruit of OBJECTIONS, and show up when Objections are not properly handled, and when they are feared, and loathed.
Objections scare most people, because they never are trained how to properly NEUTRALIZE them, let alone just handle them.
They create a fear in folks that shows up in their MLM presentations, approaches, and even phone calls.
What would it be worth to you to NEVER again be scared of Objections, and reduce rejection a bunch? If you learn how to properly Neutralize Objections, so you DESTROY the objection, you will increase your confidence level in MLM HUGE! And your FEAR of REJECTION, will dwindle.

Start looking at mlm objections as Network Marketing Business Building TOOLS, and merely as tools that you use to construct your business. It is easy to do, and also will create a new confidence within you that people can feel and hear in your words and actions.
If you learn how to look at Objections as "business building tools," you will learn how to make objections work for you, not against you. And you will not have to ever worry about the fear of objections and objection sabotage again -- the REAL FEAR --in your MLM and Network marketing business.

Leads, Prospects, and the Huge Gap Between By Paul Johnson
The leads marketing delivers to the sales team never seem good enough. Either the leads are "bad" and are wastes of a salesperson's time, or there are just not enough "good" ones. If sales had more good prospects, the company would have more sales.
Perhaps sales and marketing could work together more successfully if all agreed on what is a lead and what is a prospect.
A lead wants what you have, pure and simple. Somehow they've gotten the idea that what you have will improve their situation, so much so that they're willing to raise their hand and identify themselves.
You have succeeded in moving them from anonymity. They have "stepped into the light" and are willing to engage with you in conversation, if only temporarily. We describe people at this stage of the buying cycle as Engaged.
Sometimes this process reveals that we have a "bad" lead; these are people who don't really want what we are selling, but want something else from us, usually for free!
A prospect not only (1) wants what you have, but also has (2) ability to buy and (3) reason to buy now.
A true prospect can afford what you're selling. That means they have available -- or can get -- the budget needed to make the purchase. Plus they have the authority to make the purchase; to "sign the check", if you will.
A true prospect also has a reason to buy now. Perhaps there's an external compelling event that will require them to make a decision soon. Or perhaps they harbor an internal reason -- often emotional in nature -- that carries enough drive to induce them to open up their wallet and buy now.
Somewhere between leads and prospects we have shoppers. Those are buyers who want what you have, and (2) have the ability to buy, but no particular reason to buy today. Much sales (and marketing) energy is expended converting shoppers into buyers.
Prospects are easier to convert, because we know they're going to buy from somebody, and soon.
The questions we choose to ask people who engage with us need to help us understand the answers to those 3 questions. We'll get more positive decisions when we can establish that a lead truly is a prospect.
