How to Earn Money from MLM Even Though You Don't Have a Single Downline
Is The Old Way Of Doing Network Marketing Robbing You Of Wealth?
By Dave Vass
Fortunes have been made in network marketing, also called multi-level marketing (MLM) by people of average education and training, yet the
industry has received a bad rap over the years.
Now, I can think of several reasons for this, the first being the fact that normally only the people at the top made the real money.
Secondly, these types of businesses were often dubbed as "pyramid schemes" even though they were quite legitimate companies.
You see, a pyramid scheme is illegal since money is passed on from one distributor to another and there is no real product being sold, except
the opportunity to "scheme" the next unsuspecting person out of their money.
Many people don't spend enough time to investigate an opportunity and so they stay away from network marketing completely.
Another reason why the industry has gained a bad reputation is because of the large number of people who tried network marketing and
failed.
In the majority of cases these people were introduced to poorly managed companies (and there are many but they don't last more than a few
years) or they were introduced to the business as though it was a hobby.
In other words, the opportunity was advertised as a lazy mans way to riches, so all they had to do, supposedly, was sign up and the law of
leverage will flood their bank accounts with cash.
But any serious business owner will tell you that you need planning and consistent effort to make any business profitable.
And one of those consistent activities is selling, yes selling.
Most people are intimidated by that word because most people dont like to sell. And selling often conjure up the picture of knocking on the
doors of your neighbors and family members and trying to get them to buy a product so you can stay in business.
But with the advent of the internet you can forget that idea once and for all.
There is an old way of selling and growing your network marketing business and there is the new way.
The old way was indeed intimidating to the average person that's why only the born sellers won at that game.
Now you can use the strategies of internet marketing to promote your business on autopilot, in a rejection-proof way.
Such a marketing system involves using lead generation websites and an autoresponder system to qualify people even before you talk to them,
and that's if you choose to.
Traditionally, network marketers would buy leads in bulk and call these leads hoping to get them into an opportunity. Even if they converted
5% of those leads this still meant that they wasted 95% of their time on tire kickers.
Thats a lot of wasted resources.
Now by using internet marketing strategies you can filter that 95% out and concentrate on the precious 5%. What is revolutionary about this
approach is that you can use automation to take care of the filtering process 24 hours per day, freeing up more time to build your business.
There is one caution I must add here.
The majority of network marketing companies do not make their money from selling marketing systems; therefore the website they sell or give to
their members is not very effective. You cannot really blame the companies because they are paying their distributors to advertise and market the
product.
A traditional business would invest more in advertising and marketing because that's where their profits go, not to paying distributors. What
this means for the network marketing distributor is that he should invest in his own marketing system and website or join a team that has done
so.
I have found that when I invest in my own marketing system my downline grows faster and distributors who sign up with me are more motivated to
work because they have a step-by-step plan in place.
Duplication of my efforts becomes easier because everything is streamlined to make marketing the product through a set plan. I've invested
over $17,000 in such a system.
Network marketing is still a viable way to build a home business and one in which you can enter with little risk. It allows you to work at
home while spending more time with your family and achieving financial freedom.
Financial gurus such as Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump endorsed network marketing as one of the best pathway to entrepreneurial wealth.
Kiyosaki once said, "If I had to do it all over again, rather than build an old style type of business, I would have started building a network
marketing business."
Sound advice.

Is your network marketing sponsor a dud or a stud?
By Greg Taylor
Before we get to the part of starting your home based business and choosing a company and a sponsor to work with, I want you to think about
why you are doing this.
Is this just a little hobby on the side to mess around with or are you looking to build a real business with solid long term residual income
that will provide for you and your family for years and years?
The mindset of people that make significant money in this industry is they approach everything they do and every decision they make as a
business owner. They make business decisions like all companies do to give their business the best opportunity to make profits. Period!
I'm assuming since you are reading this article you are serious about your home based business being a business with the purpose of making
profits.
You are looking around on the Internet researching companies and opportunities. Most replicated company sites allow you to sign up and order
right then.
Don't do it this way. We are going to start the sponsor interview process.
There are some key things you want to know about your sponsor that will help your Internet Networking business be profitable. One important
thing is you need to have a rapport and feel comfortable with them.
You will get a feeling when you call them and talk and ask questions.
How easy is it to get a hold of them? Can you get them on the phone?
Since the growth of attraction marketing and using the power of the Internet, having them available all the time is not as important as it
used to be.
Doing 3 way calls with your sponsor is pretty much outdated and unnecessary to build your business.
Now what you want to know about them. How long have they been with this company? You do not want to join with someone who jumps around to the
deal of the week.
The leaders and top earners in this industry choose a company after doing due diligence on the company and stay put unless the company has
serious management problems or goes out of business.
It is OK to ask them about their level of success in the network marketing industry. Most leaders have documented success and not hyped up
talk that can't be backed up.
If you feel comfortable with this potential sponsor and they have a track record of success the most important thing to know is do they have a
system that can be duplicated by you and the people you bring into the team.
I am not talking about anything the company provides. All of the top earners in the Internet Network marketing industry have a complete system
that helps each person duplicate quick cash flow and a rapid team growth.
The days of prospecting your friends and family and going to meetings is OVER! The days of spending money to build instead of making CASH to
build are the old school way of building your MLM downline. Only work with a sponsor who has a system!
If your sponsor is a dud or they have already quit the business you need to go upline until you find a good leader to work with. Sometimes
your sponsor and their sponsor and a few more have quit.
If you are kind of out there on your own, you can contact the company and they can introduce you to someone upline who is actively building
the business.
If your sponsor is telling you to make a list of your friends and family or to buy leads and call strangers, run Forrest,
RUN!!

How to Earn Money from MLM Even Though You Don't Have a Single Downline
By Alex Yeo
Are you thinking how you can do that? Arent MLMs commission came from product sales of your downlines?
Yes! There is indeed a way you can earn money from MLM even though you dont have a single downline.
Most beginners are absolutely doing sponsoring the wrong way. They try to "spam" classified ads, forums or e-zines with their MLM
opportunities with the hope that somebody will join their business.
This in not going to work!
Ask yourself...When you read classified ads or forums, do you bother to read about other peoples business opportunities and you
will go "Wow!" and join the business straight away?
I bet you know the answer. So what makes you think that other people will join you? This is common sense, isnt it?
What you need to do is something called "funded proposal". The idea is very simple but I am not seeing many networkers doing
it.
You offer a low-priced but informative digital product that you can sell to your potential prospects. The products can range from
"How-To" reports, such as "How to Generate Free MLM Leads", to even audio interviews from experts.
In your sales copy, you need to set up an opt-in page where you can follow up with your potential customers. You may need to
ethically bribe them with free special reports, mini e-courses or something else that will benefit them so that they are willing to give you
their name and email addresses.
During the follow up from your emails, you are communicating with your prospects and building up trust from them. In the process,
some prospect will buy your products.
There you go!
You made a sale and some profits even though you dont have a single downline. Now your potential prospects have become your
customers and they know who you are.
You can continue to follow up with your customers by sending them informative newsletter of yours. In the process, you can
recommend the MLM business that you are in. Since they know who you are now, they are likely to be less defensive and more open to your MLM
business opportunity.
This is what the funded proposal is all about. You create a product and sell it.
You made a profit and sustain your business. At the same time, you follow up with your customers and build up a relationship with
them. After which they are more likely to do business with you.
