In just a few short weeks, - on June 5 2007 - a new book will be published, that will create quite a stir in the M L M industry.

The book is written by a top network marketing consultant, who really know what she is talking about.

It is a content rich e-book that is geared towards helping people understand what steps they need to take to be successful in this industry.

It consists of strategies and techniques that the heavy hitters use, but doesn't reveal.

I can't tell you the name of the book yet, nor can I tell you the name of the author, but stay tuned for more in the ezine.

Is it possible to double your MLM Marketing paycheque instantly? How do we do it? What steps do we need to take to make this consistent, so we can achieve consistent results all the time? These questions and more I answer in this article.

Let’s begin by playing a game. If I offer you $100,000, that’s $100k right now, in one go, here you go, here’s $100k or…

I offer you a cent (yes one cent), each year for the next 30 years, and we double every year. So, this year 1 cent, next year 2 cents, the 3rd year 4 cents, in the 4th year 8 cents… till we reach 30 years.

I’ll tell you the answer in a bit, about who actually wins the race. I think you’ll be surprised. And this is why MLM Marketing is a great business to be in.

Doubling you MLM Marketing is simple in principle; we have either selling double more products or doubling the amount of people in out MLM Marketing organisation. However, apart from this what else do we have to double our paycheque in MLM Marketing?

Personal Development is a great way to increase your paycheque. Why? Simply, you learn new skills which improves you, and more you feed your mind, more your mind will feed your pocket! Whether learning customer service skills, improving selling skills or communication skills, all these add to your paycheque.

So how can we gain an increase instantly? Let’s look at an example with me. I was listening to Lead the Field by Earl Nightingale (which you can get hold of as part of being in my team); in there I found a principle of looking at your own back yard for the diamonds.

As a result I managed to find people who I never thought would be ideal for my business. I helped them with what I learned and taught them. Also they had access to Lead the Field as well, being part of my team.

As a result I doubled income through that channel; the person went forward and made phenomenal growth, which benefits both of us.

Constantly develop yourself; it is of so much value to your whole life, not just your pocket. And what you learn is transferable to all different areas of your life, not just in MLM Marketing.

Commit time to train your team. My success has come from coaching my team. And reading about Earl Nightingale again, I remember finding he ended up buying a business, and coaching everyone there. As a result the business multiplied exponentially and mushroomed!

Some systems offer you to pay extra membership fee which also includes generally more material, etc… And as a result you double your commissions! You gain access to material which is worth its weight in gold. So it’s a win – win situation.

Mastermind with your team. Have meetings, even though these may not earn you money there and then in your MLM Marketing business. It will allow you to speak about your goals, and your teams goals.

It creates a bond between the team members. And more people who work on a common vision in synergy is worth more then the parts.

If you find you can’t speak to your MLM Marketing downline about your goals. Then you will not achieve them. A big dream needs a big team. And if you find you can’t talk to them, go back to step 1 Personal Development, and remove those negative beliefs.

To succeed I need you and you need me. This creates a good win – win in a team. You will double your paycheque with your MLM Marketing Company and achieve so much more. And your MLM Marketing downline might have resources or skills you never knew.

Multiple Sources of income are great ways to double your paycheque. You have a team and want to teach them to get to the top, they need things to succeed. And you have the ability to help them get it. Find something which helps them achieve there goals.

It is said if you help someone achieve their dreams, then you can have your dreams.

Figure out what your good at in your MLM Marketing home business. Find out everything you love to do or could find a reason to love to do. And find your weaknesses. When you meet with your team to mastermind, ask and find out everyone’s strengths and weaknesses.

It might be a point of focus to use one of your MLM Marketing team mastermind sessions to devote about your MLM Marketing teams strengths and weaknesses and find out how you all can mix and match to create win – wins.

It will serve you in the long run, you will build a winning MLM Marketing team, and you will achieve consistent doubling of paycheques, not just for you, but all of your team. And you gain major loyalty.

And ultimately you want to create a loyal following to you, not the company. Imagine if the MLM Marketing company your with went bust? With a strong team you can go anywhere and still achieve the same success.

What can you do to make the most efficient use of your time? Can you put an answering machine on with a message of frequently asked questions with answers to help people? Can you set your email program to do the same? Can you set up a web site or blog to help your team and in the process find more people who are perfect for your MLM Marketing business?

There are many ways you can automate things. If you have material you send out to people. Print out multiples, slightly extra, then you don’t have to keep going back to print them.

Use copy and paste on your PC! This will save re-typing something and possibly making mistakes, such as you have names in your MLM Marketing programs backend and you need to email them. Copy and paste!

You fully can double your MLM Marketing paycheque. All it takes is you make the decision to, believe you can and you will. As long as you continue, continue, continue, you will.

Doubling your MLM Marketing paycheque is fully possible. When people see you genuinely care about their business and there wants and needs then you can double your MLM Marketing results.

Why New MLM Marketers Should Not Quit There Day Jobs

A lot of new people in the MLM Marketing game, who have heard about MLM Marketing fall into a trap that there dreams and desires will materialize instantly. The majority soon find that they have not earned any income and as such loose hope and have to go back to a day job.

In this article I will show you an example of how to utilise MLM Marketing for maximum benefit, and allow you to quit your day job in the shortest possible time.

When I first started in my own business; I did planning, set the steps and then left my good paying IT job. Soon after I realised that income was slim, so went to find other ways to market my business. From there I started making an income from eBay.

The amount needed to grow, however, I met a ceiling with eBay, so decided to set up my own website. After working flat out on the site for a year and no income, I realised that there must be a better way. And that’s when I came in contact with my MLM Marketing Company.

So, Kozan why this story? What has it got to do with me and MLM Marketing?

I went through 1 year of no income, small bits here and there; however, I went through months of no income. I was lucky to have understanding parents, and understanding credit cards! However, it left me in debt, big debt.

Whether it’s your own business or MLM Marketing, make sure your MLM Marketing business is giving you sufficient income. And that it is giving you sufficient income for 3 consecutive months. This will allow you to have confidence in knowing that your MLM Marketing opportunity will provide you a stable income.

I don’t regret my decision in going my way, away from 9-5 job. It’s what I wanted to do. And you might be one of those people who are so driven to achieve your dreams that you do.

I’m earning a healthy income now from MLM Marketing and from other projects. However, most people don’t have that ability to go for it, and a reasonable support structure to support them till they succeed.

MLM Marketing does give you an almost proven step to success. A recipe which if you follow, you will get a cake of similar quality as who gave you the recipe!

I hope you strongly consider keeping your day job till you produce the 3 consecutive months of sufficient income in your MLM Marketing home business.

Most MLM Marketers new to the game of MLM Marketing only manage to get 2.5 people into there business. The reason why is another matter, you can find more in my other articles. It is mainly due to people only communicating about the MLM Marketing opportunity with close friends and family. You really need to open your horizons more. Treat it like a business.

MLM Marketing is also a learning curve. You need to take the steps to succeed. And that requires a lot of people skills, and many other skills. For me that’s the beauty of it all in constant learning and improvement for excellence or as Anthony Robbins says “Kanai”.

SuccessU gives you the ability to achieve all this and that’s why it makes a great MLM Marketing opportunity.

Most people also don’t put in the effort for there MLM Marketing home business. They react to conditions. So they find they have 2 members in there MLM Marketing home business, and forget the vision, there dreams.

They then start putting in the hobby hours into there business. “how I only have 2 members”, so they put in that much effort.

If you want a team of 100’s or 1000’s you must remember the vision. And focus on providing that much effort to receive that result.

Another point in closing I want to make to you about MLM Marketing is that most people think that the amount invested into the MLM Marketing opportunity is all they need to pay for. NO! You must have marketing expenses. Whether calls, going out and meeting people, building leads, etc…

You either invest more money or more time into your MLM Marketing home business. If you don’t how can you ever expect to achieve success with MLM Marketing. MLM Marketing is a business, be professional and treat it as such, and you will be a huge success.

I’m going to be a millionaire by… Yea right. You a dreamer or an achiever? In this article I will speak about the talkers and the walkers. Funnily enough in my last 2 articles I have made reference to 2 crisps. Lets begin…

The Dreamers Road.

Some day, I will make it. And some day never comes. I’ve just seen this opportunity they say, it’s going to make me rich, richer then rich. Then they never even join.

Or. They join, find it requires effort, then leave.

Ever looking for the dream, that no effort will make great effort (Don’t mistake achievers have a dream too, however, they go about things differently).

I must be doing something, they say. And never do something about it. They dream while they working 9-5. They go home and won’t make the effort to achieve something.

They read opportunities, and hear the winners, winning, however, they never take action. Some day…

The dream, is a day dream, an escape route. To escape life in front of you, to forget about the problems. Never picking up pen and paper to make goals. Ow, they do make new years resolutions and measure its non achievement yearly.

Dreamers spend their time, looking at others successes, and saying if only I came up with that idea.

However, the biggest way you can spot a dreamer is with the lottery. They generally only expect to become rich with the lottery or an inheritance.

Dreamers put all there time and energy in watching TV and programs such as Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. They feel good answering the questions and finding it correct.

Dreamers become old man procrastinator, and dreamers often say “what if, if only”.

I don’t aim to debunk the dreamer. My aim here is to expose any traits you might have within you. Like I said I used to plan to plan. This method of philosophy never equated to much results.

But, now we come to the achiever…

The Achievers Road.

I have an idea, I research an idea, I see what is the possibilities. I see what I want, and I take action.

The achiever has a vision of where his ideal is. He knows that place is home. And never feels content till he gets there.

The fear of failure is far greater than the fear for success. He or she must get to there destination. Home is at the vision.

What can I do now, is what the achiever says. And takes action.

He might not know the road, however, he has faith he will get there.

Like ants, move them away from home, and they will constantly move forward till they find home.

The achiever has goals, and takes consistent action. The achiever has passion about the purpose he has defined.

Achiever to me sounds like archive, a very similar word. So thus, the achiever ever archives the work he has accomplished. Every day taking steps forward to his vision.

The achiever thinks big. Comes up with an idea, and sticks with it, till he succeeds. The problem with an achiever is, if he hits a wall, he tries to pound the wall down. The achiever needs a recipe.

MLM Marketing has blessed us with the eagles who have plotted a path to achievement. And we can follow that path, that recipe, till we achieve our vision.

I thank higher power, that I found the recipe. As I was one who would pound on the wall, expecting that I could make it crumble! Achievers you need a blueprint, a recipe for success from others who have achieved.

MLM Marketing opens doors for the achiever. And suddenly the persistence skill he has gained comes in handy with MLM Marketing.

He soon finds he is gaining additional skills, and mingling with the people who are achieving. He is with the winners. And his persistence, decisive action makes him an eagle soar with the winners.

The achiever takes action, Now.

The achiever knows he is ever moving a step closer to his vision.

The achiever knows where home is, and it’s not in the past!
