I have always been interested in internet marketing, because the internet market is vast and the potential for financial rewards is huge. I am looking into all the aspects of internet marketing, "selling on line",so to speak, but I have found it to be very confusing.

Every time I subscribe to a newsletter or "How to Make Money" online course, the writer/marketeer wants to push their product, whether it works or not.

The more information I get, the more confused I become. The computer technical information is overwhelming, as well as the information from the marketeers. Who to trust? Which internet marketing course to spend my hard earned money on? Will it work?

So many questions, but no answers. Then one day I was checking out a newsletter that was referred by another newsletter that I subscribed to. That new newsletter completely opened my eyes.

One of the concepts in this newsletter said,

"GET OUT OF TRADING HOURS FOR DOLLARS MENTALITY ,AND FOCUS ON BUILDING ASSETS THAT MAKE MONEY WHILE YOU ARE NOT WORKING".

It made perfect sense for me. Let's say that I am making $100 dollars an hour(a very good hourly wage) and to earn $500,000 a year, I have to work 5000 hours a year(based on 100 hours a week for a year).

To earn $1,000,000 a year, I would have to work 10,000 hours a year. Can I work that many hours? Definitely NOT!

There are only 8760 hours in a year. On top of that, I would have no time to enjoy life. Most people can't even work 2000 hours per year.

In another scenario, if I build an asset(for example, a money making website for a niche market), it can make money for me while I'm working or sleeping, day or night, no hourly restrictions.

The beauty of internet marketing is - everything is done automatically by the software and the hardware.

Conclusion - building assets that make money infinitely, are far better than working for money.

In today's competitive world companies depend on management systems to run their business. Network marketing distributors are in essence a "one man's company", and as such, have no one but themselves to rely on. For this reason Distributors, even more than companies, need an efficient, cost effective system to handle and control the many facets of their daily work.

In MLM realms, time is the most valuable, expensive resource. Distributors who aspire success cannot afford to waste too much of their time on administrative activities. Nevertheless, a proper management of the business is crucial for its stability, growth and success and should not be neglected. So the solution isn't in working harder - but in working smarter...

This is where management systems for distributors come into the picture, as a top important tool for any distributor – beginners and experienced alike – for achieving their goals sooner rather than later.

Background

Most articles which discuss the way to succeed in network marketing, emphasis factors like selecting the right MLM company, compensation plan, attitude, recruiting methods, commitment andothers. Many personal success stories show that success is real and achievable, however, a close look at the tools distributors have at their disposal to run an efficient operation, show, at most cases, none.

The article “Network Marketing Training- The Top 10 MLM Tools for BLAZING MLM Success” is listing it's 10 top mportant tools for regular use of distributors who want to grow their organization:

Now, as much as these tools are undoubtly important, none of them is qualified for managing data sourses, such as a big data-base of prospects, customers and down-lines.

In our experience, a “common” distributor adds 2 – 3 prospects in average per day. This adds up to 700- 1000 prospects annually! All of them are the outcome of a hard work and a lot of time and money invested.
Isn't it clear, that such heavy volume of data can not be stored, sorted or managed without proper tools?

The Beginner

Beginners have a lot on their plate. If they wish to be successful, they have to master all aspect of their new work in the shortest period of time possible. Sales are essential for the existence of a new business, consequently, the portion of time invested in sales and sales related activities bears direct effect on the distributor’s success.

Lucky beginners are sponsored by good leaders, but no matter how supportive the organization or the company joint to are, the new distributors are still still pretty much on their own. Administration tasks demand daily attention, which consumes an ever increasing share of the distributor's precious time.

Just think of the time needed to organize the list of prospects, prioritize the list, pencil down and arrange meetings, write notes, find telephone numbers, send automatic emails, compose new letters, take care of advertising…

All this work must be done, yet it does not contribute directly to the distributor’s bottom line's profit. As time goes by, lists inflate, the time dedicated to sales shrinks while support and administration activities expands. No wonder that statistically, 80 – 90% of new distributors dispair and withdraw within their first year of operation.

Organization manager

Once a distributor has added a few new down-lines, he becomes an organization manager. As such, he/she is being faced with a greater challenge: Managing his/hers organization while building it. Since dropout percentage is high, organization managers are in constant pursuit of new distributors, and at the same time have to maintain and support their existing organization.

Let us analyse the process of how a surfer visiting a Website becomes a distributor: statistically, only 1 in 100 people who fill in an application form on a Website (or leads in general) becomes distributor and is added to an organization. When you think of the quantities of people involved, time and effort invested in turning these leads to distributors, 2 things become very evident:

1. The recruiting process should be professional, short and efficient
2. Lowering the dropout percentage is vital in growing a healthy, stable and big organization.

It is always more exciting and interesting to deal with real people than to spend your time in administrative tasks, however, the harsh facts show that proper management score higher than selling abilitie when it comes to make a real success.

It is unthinkable for today's distributor to imagine working without a computer and without the internet. Just the same, its futile to try and lead a home based business toward success, without the support of a computer based management system.

Such system would not only enable a far better control and revision of all the aspects of the business, but it will also handle all administrative tasks much better than the distributor himself and would free him to deal with the more important issues.

This is how all companies and businesses work, these days. Every field and department is backed and monitored by a computerized system, especially designed to efficient the work and help people to carry out their tasks and fulfill their goals. Without such systems, which create and store data, activate missions and tie loose ends – it is very difficult to run a successful business.

Distributors, being a self employed who work from home, need a system that will centralize all the aspects of their work and would enable them to control the business by a click of a button.

Network marketing, also known as multi level marketing (or MLM), comes in many forms. One of the most popular network marketing methods is selling by brochure, and one of the biggest companies using this method is Avon, the worldwide cosmetics company.

The Avon rep distributes her brochures around the neighborhood, collects them again in a few days together with the orders, and, at the end of the 3 week campaign, she passes her orders to Avon. After a few days the orders arrive, she (or he!) delivers the orders, collects her money and, after deducting her commission, pays the remainder of the money to Avon.

If you are distributing brochures in this way there is a good way to double the money you make.

Around ninety five percent of the time taken to sell through brochures is spent traveling from house to house. When you get to the house, instead of placing one brochure in the postbox, try two different ones! It takes very little extra work and can result in double the sales.

It seems so obvious yet so few people do this, there are certainly none in our area or where my friends and family live. Instead people deliver just the one, maybe feeling some sort of loyalty to the company producing the brochure – ‘I’m an Avon Lady’ or whatever.

That’s OK, but how about loyalty to you and your family? You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to maximize your income.

Of course there is no point delivering two brochures that sell the same or similar things. But there are different ones available: Avon is well known for its cosmetics, and there are various other ones: vitamins, household goods etc.

Two different brochures will bring you more money, and don’t forget your down lines: your team members will be happier if their earnings increase and they will be more likely to stay in your team. Think double!
