Creating ads is a good place to start. When I started my business, I began to pay close attention to the hundreds of ads that I am exposed
to on a daily basis. I paid close attention to the ads that caught my attention and wrote them down in a journal that I use for my
business.

Any MLM business opportunity worth considering will either have a track record that you can investigate and evaluate or it will have a clear
statement of the plan, the potential, and the up-front costs.
Before investing any time or money in a specific MLM business opportunity, there are some questions you should consider first.
How long has the business opportunity been in business? Before investing time and money in marketing an MLM business opportunity, it is
important to determine how long it has been operating.
If it is a new concept that has not been proven in the marketplace, you have no assurance that it will even work.
Does the company have a fixed address and phone number? This may seem obvious to you, but the fact is, thousands of companies operate with
nothing more than a website and an email address.
Many of them are here today and gone tomorrow. Make sure the business you intend to deal with has a fixed address, physical location, and
established phone number.
Does the MLM business opportunity have some successful members you can talk to? Most business opportunities will show you testimonials. But
these are often untrustworthy.
They could even be completely fabricated. Ask the owner of the business for names of real people you can talk to. Call them on the telephone
and ask them to share their experiences with the program.
This will not only provide you with valuable first-hand information about the program, but it will give you a list of advisors who might be
willing to help you along the way.
How much initial investment is required? In many cases a proven MLM business opportunity with a successful track record will involve some kind
of initial investment.
You should not assume that a business opportunity that is free to join is a better investment. Usually a free-to-join business will involve
other costs such as marketing and advertising fees. Just keep in mind that nobody gives away "opportunities" for free.
What you have to determine is whether a specific MLM business opportunity has a successful track record, is managed by honest people and
offers you a realistic chance of actually making some money.These are the things you must weigh against the entry costs.
What is the realistic income potential of the business? Have a careful look at the numbers and projections provided by the business
opportunity. Then talk with actual members who are using the program to determine if they have been able to turn those numbers into reality.
Are there extra fees such as yearly or monthly subscription fees, shipping costs, or minimum purchase requirements? Make sure to get a
detailed list of all the fees involved in operating the new business. These things may not seem significant now, but they can easily eat into
your profits later.
How much control of your new business will you have? Be clear on who owns the business, and who controls the way it is developed and marketed.
You may want to diversify your product offerings in order to avoid being at the mercy of a "head office.
The MLM business opportunity should require low initial investment and have high profit potential both in the short term and in the long term.
It should allow you to build a profitable business of your own that will be a source of income far into the future.
The formulas are already in your hands. All that is needed now is to get it into effect. The only thing missing to complete the home-based MLM
business opportunity is you.

So, how do you generate leads for your MLM business? There are a few ways I'll share with you that will have you generating hot leads that are
wanting to purchase your products or service and wanting to join your MLM and network marketing business.
One way to generate leads for your MLM business is writing articles. What you want to do is give away free, helpful information that
correlates with your products or service.
For example: If you market and sell weight loss products, you can write articles on "3 Sure-Fire Ways to Lose Weight". And then talk about
nutrition, exercise, and supplements (your product).
This will have people calling you wanting more information and wanting to know how to purchase your products.
Or if you market travel as your MLM business, you could talk about saving money on vacations, honeymoons, or summer time fun. This will have
people calling you wanting your advice on airlines, hotels, etc.
This is when you tell them about your service, which will have them purchasing from you, over and over. This also works for any and every
industry (including telecommunications, skin care, candles, etc.).
Another cool way to generate leads for your MLM and network marketing business is through press releases.
This helps with establishing credibility for yourself and separates you from competitors, making you the "go-to-guy" or "go-to-gal". When
writing a press release, be sure you have something newsworthy to talk about.
An example would be if you're going against the grain or if you have a special way of helping people. Whatever it is, make sure people want to
know about it.
Also, be sure to include your phone number. Your phone will begin to ring off the hook from people wanting to buy your products and join your
MLM business. Trust me, it has happened to me and it's a wonderful feeling. And it sure beats chasing family and friends.
A third way to generate leads for your MLM and network marketing business is pay per click advertising. You can do this with Google, Yahoo,
and MSN just to name a few. This helps get your ultra targeted visitors to your MLM website.
Be sure to watch out for bid prices on keywords. Google has a great tutorial for you to follow. You dont want to spend yourself out of
business.
By using these strategies to generate leads for your MLM business, you will grow your business faster than you ever thought possible. Start
using these tactics right now to grow your business.

dissected certain ads to master the format.
I especially reviewed the ads of my competitors. I also studied ads in the newspapers, magazines, online, and on the television.
It is amazing how much you can learn about how ads are created and why they are written in a certain way. It wasnt long until I could test my
ads and figure out what was working.
Most importantly, I discovered what didn't work. Once I had more experience with ads, I moved on to another method of generating quality
leads.
Many new entrepreneurs market to the wrong crowd. For instance, I know I can generate about 200 low quality leads in a day by creating the
wrong ad.
What good would that be? That is a waste of time and you dont want to go that route. If you are going to market, you might as well do your
research.
You have to be creative with your marketing, without all the hype and BOLD text. It doesn't work and it is obvious when a novice creates a
lousy ad. It doesn't pay to cut corners with your business.
Consumers usually buy out of impulse, so it is important for you to not focus on the sale, but on your marketing strategy.
You have to have a system in place for following up with your existing and potential clients. The follow up can come in many different forms.
It can be a telephone call, email, letter, postcard, or newsletter. Follow up with useful information, not just sales pitches.
Other forms of a follow up system could be articles, business blog, audio, video, or a free gift. If you learn the correct way to market, then
you will not have to occupy your time with making sales calls.
Your follow up system will do the selling for you. To avoid disappointment, never attach yourself to your prospects. Put them in your follow
up system and move on to the next.
Yes or no, repeat this process with every single one of your prospects. Don't expect an immediate sale from your potential clients. When a
prospect doesn't immediately buy, it could just mean not now.
