Networking Relevancy In Network Marketing!By Raul Pais
Tip! Some distributors don't give ample time or attention to their network marketing
group.
Networking is clearly an indispensable part of network marketing. Successful network marketers recognize this to be true. Tough networking is such a complicated part of network marketing, the two terms are not synonymous. There are many resemblances however. Both rely greatly on people ability. Both entail the need for people to confront and overcome their fear of talking to other people. Both carry with them the risk of rejection. But, both also hold with them huge opportunity. And to some people these words are just considered prohibitive. Obviously some deem networking as something that is unachievable, they really misunderstand what networking is about. The same is applied to those that assume that network marketing is beneath them. Others think of networking for the solo purpose of their own progression in life. In that respect a person might feel that it is unethical or not noble to network. Looking at network marketing from the perspective that profiting or advancing from other people's efforts is something negative an unfair to them. This line of thinking stems from the idea that advancement will always come at the expense of someone else -far from true. Network marketing actually rewards people for helping other people to achieve their objectives. It's probably the most ethical business model in the world.
Tip! Relationships- This is probably the most important factor of developing a successful
Network Marketing Business. When trying to find new people to enroll in your opportunities, you have to prove to them you are trustworthy and
that you want them to be successful.
Some of the negativity around networking can be explained by the type of conduct some networkers adopt. Some are seen as 'hunters', going for a quick kill, after which they hide again until next time. Often operate unethically disregarding other people's interest and enjoying success for only a limited period of time. Usually it will not take long before people realize what's really driving the hunter and see his true colours. When they perceive his basic intents, the keenness to interrelate will quickly vanish. By contrast, successful networkers often nourish their relationships, spending a lot of time leading and educating, instead of just reaping. Investing and energizing their network, they use it but never abuse it! Good networkers always keep the interest of others in mind and this make of him an exemplar leader and enjoyable person. Ease to follow and to interact with.
Tip! As soon as you finish reading this, run out and buy Wave 4: Network Marketing in the 21st
Century by Richard Poe. I don't know Richard Poe, but I do know that this book explains everything.
Networking is a crucial ability to all business not just network marketing. Despite the fact that network marketing varies in many ways from the more traditional forms of conducting business, the significance of networking is just as important. Network marketers who don't assimilate this basic principle will be out of business in no time. Network marketing is mainly a people's business and this implies that effective ability is essential to interact with other people. Obviously this is not strange to successful networkers, who thrive to develop their skills and are enthusiastically adept at networking. Many have found out that this talent can pay off in many areas outside their marketing business as well. Home-based business owners often employ their enhanced networking and people's skills in their traditional business with great success.
Tip! High fees. Network marketing training scams typically require a large, one-time fee to be
paid in full in advance, which reflects the hit and run mentality.
If you find yourself in network marketing or in a traditional type of business, don't undervalue the relevancy of becoming an effective networker. Benefiting from the leadership of good networkres it surely help you network your way to success! Take time to consider the points presented above. What you learn may help you overcome your hesitation to take action. http://www.RLBPInternational.com - Internet Marketing Strategies for a Successful Home Based Business! The Ebb and Flow of Network MarketingBy Bruce Bailey
Tip! Look for a company that has been around and proven itself. Someone who has been
in network marketing and has experience might take a chance on a new company, but a novice should be more careful.
"And so I say to you: Ask, and you will receive; SEEK, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.' "For everyone who asks will receive, and he who SEEKS will find, and the door will be opened to anyone who knocks." - Luke 11: 9-10. [Good News Bible]
Tip! Some distributors don't give ample time or attention to their network marketing
group.
No matter how long you've been in this business, you will have experienced what I call the "Ebb and Flow of Network Marketing." It's simply the highs and lows you experience from dealing with people. We have all experienced it, even the top earners in the business. See if this has happened to you. You've just made a great presentation to a prospect and, in spite of your being able to neutralize every objection they have put forward, they still don't sign up. You feel rejected, frustrated, and disappointed. You begin to wonder why you ever got into this business and what you're doing wrong. You go into a bit of a "funk," and start to feel sorry for yourself.
Tip! Use your products regularly. This is Number 1 for a reason, this is the most
ignored part of ANY network marketing business.
After a bit of a lull, you decide to try another presentation to another prospect. This time, they're ready to sign up almost before you open your mouth. You're on Cloud 9, you can move mountains, you are master of your domain! What has happened? You've just experienced the "Ebb and Flow of Network Marketing." Every MLM distributor goes through it. This emotional ebb and flow is often what stops many network marketers from achieving the financial freedom and security they desire. They let their emotions control how much work they put into the business, and a few "no's" cause their efforts to diminish. Consequently, their business grinds to a halt. Successful networkers, however, adopt a posture of emotional equilibrium, not getting too "high" with each success or too "low" with each failure. In his CD series, "Key to the Vault" (which I highly recommend to any network marketer), Bob Schmidt tells the story of John Wooden, the legendary coach of the UCLA basketball program, who won 10 national championships in a 12-year span. Wooden wanted his players to achieve a level of emotional maturity, or equilibrium, regarding their performance on the court. He wanted his players to behave in such a way that, after a game, a locker room observer would not be able to tell whether the team had won or lost. Wooden stressed to his players that if they had simply gone out and done their best, the outcome was not the issue. Therefore, being high on victory or low on defeat never entered into the equation. That's what he meant by emotional equilibrium.
Tip! Duplicate yourself. Network marketing is about leveraging yourself, reaching many
more people, and selling many more products than you could possibly do on your own.
Remember the acronym S.E.E.K. - Seek Emotional Equilibrium Knowingly Learn to control your emotions; don't let them control you. If a prospect's failure to sign up with you causes you to go into an emotional tailspin, you have lost control of the situation. Because your business depends on you, you are letting your prospect control your business. This is equally true for a prospect that does sign up. If you get too high on that success, and base you next actions on what the prospect has done, you have again let them take control of your business. Don't let your mood, your emotional state, control your efforts. S.E.E.K., and you will find the path to achieving the success you desire. Network Marketing Tip: A 30-Second ToolBy Monica Karge
Tip! Creating a good down line. This is the main concept of network marketing, the
faster you can add individuals below you the larger your paycheck will be.
When someone asks you what you do for a living, what do you say? Do you stumble as you try to find the right words? A 30-second commercial is the ideal response when used correctly and can be a wonderful tool for network marketers. What is a 30-second commercial? A 30-second commercial is a concise, carefully planned, and well-practiced description of your product or service, one that an eleven-year-old child could understand. It is not a sales pitch. It flows smoothly and easily from your lips to your prospects' ears.
Tip! Some network marketing operators take the business reluctantly as if its status
will not able to decline in time.
How is a 30-second commercial developed? 1. First, you need a clear-cut objective. To find your objective, ask yourself the question, "What do I want to achieve?" 2. Get to know your listeners; know as many facts as possible about your prospects. What are their likes and dislikes? Use color technology to identify their personality types. 3. Understand what your prospects are going to want from you. Put yourself in their shoes and become a prospect. Think like your prospects, then make a list of what you would want to hear. When composing your speech, keep in mind that people are always most interested in what you can do to help them, so think in terms of benefits. 4. Ask yourself, "What is the one thing above all others that will give me a favorable reaction from my prospects?" It should be easy, simple, and uncomplicated. It should cover the heart of the matter and be something around which you can comfortably build a case.
Tip! You give a two-hour network marketing presentation to a very interested couple
and as soon as you finish, they want to show you *their* network marketing presentation.
5. Create curiosity. What is the most unusual aspect of your subject? Now, reduce this characteristic to a description. Is the description you create catchy? Is it attractive? Does it cause people to remember you? Is it compelling? 6. Add humor, but be careful not to offend anyone. The best humor is often based on your own personal experience. 7. Decide if the 30-second commercial is better served taking the form of a statement or a question. Which would capture the most attention? 8. Be friendly, warm, and confident, and project passion. A smile is often the best way to show friendliness and enthusiasm, while a strong, firm voice is the best way to express confidence. Besides knowing the five pillars of a network marketing company and understanding color technology, having an effective 30-second commercial is worth its weight in gold. An intriguing 30-second commercial will engage the listener, prompt him or her to ask questions, and keep conversation flowing. You will become a walking, talking, attracting machine.
